About Role
We are looking for a senior UI & UX designer to lead design initiatives across our web platforms and digital products. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to shape user experiences from concept to execution while balancing vision with delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design user-focused features following UX best practices.

• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

• Play a key role in shaping visual identity and supporting product launches and releases.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights.

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to align design scope with business goals.

  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.

• Expertise across the full design lifecycle from research to wireframes.

• Experience designing complex web and enterprise-level applications.

• Hands-on experience with SaaS product design and usability.

• Strong skills in user flows, journeys, and rapid iteration.
